As you step inside, you'll be warmly welcomed by the inviting living room that serves as the heart of this charming cabin. This space is truly the inspiration behind its name! With a stunning gallery wall of windows that allows the natural beauty of the pine forest to flood in, a majestic floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace, comfortable reclining leather sofas, and the soft glow of an elegant antler chandelier, you'll instantly immerse yourself in the captivating ambiance of our retreat.

At The Ambiance, our guests have the choice of numerous spaces to either come together or discover their own peaceful nook. Featuring a wrap-around porch adorned with multiple cozy seating arrangements, everyone can easily locate their own unique spot to unwind and rejuvenate.

Connected seamlessly to the living room, you'll find a spacious dining area featuring two generously sized dining tables and a fully equipped kitchen.

 

Step out onto the wrap-around deck with scenic views of the pines, where you'll discover an outdoor gas fireplace surrounded by comfortable lounge seating, a gas grill complete with complimentary propane, an inviting spot for open-air dining, and a rejuvenating hot tub for your relaxation.

 

⭐️ SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS ⭐️

 

The Ambiance features 3 King Suites, a Queen Suite, a loft bunk room that sleeps 7, and a game room loft that sleeps 6, comfortably accommodating up to 21 guests (up to 16 adults + 5 children - children only in top bunks & trundles, please).

 

On the first floor, you'll find our Primary King Suite with its spacious ensuite bathroom, complete with a freestanding bathtub and walk-in shower.  Additionally on the first floor, there is a cozy Queen suite boasting its own dedicated bathroom with a convenient walk-in shower.

 

Upstairs, a charming loft bunkroom awaits, furnished with a Queen bed and two twin lower bunks, each with its own twin upper bunk.  This unique space is flanked by two more King suites, each featuring a dedicated workspace and ensuite bathrooms with walk-in showers.

 

For those seeking a bit of independence, our detached game room offers a loft bedroom equipped with a Queen bed and two twin daybeds with trundles, providing a cozy and separate retreat within the property.

⭐️ ENTERTAINMENT ⭐️

 

The Ambiance offers a multitude of entertainment options to enhance your stay. Our detached game house is equipped with a brand-new pool table, a 9-foot shuffleboard, and a poker table complete with a deluxe poker set.  However, the fun doesn't stop at the game room! Outside, engage in friendly competition with games like beer pong, cornhole, horseshoes, or washers. Unwind in the hot tub with serene pine views, or kick back on the covered deck in front of the gas fireplace and outdoor TV. Find solitude swaying on the porch swing or savor your morning coffee or an evening cocktail at one of several outdoor lounge vignettes.  The Ambiance offers a smart tv with Hulu Live in the living room, game room, outside and in each suite.

Grounds security is provided via monitored outdoor security cameras
No Smoking or Vaping of any kind

Must be 25 to rent and person booking must be present at the property during the entirety of the stay.
Keep in mind that Broken Bow/Hochatown is a rural area and while our cabins are wired for fast Internet, outages can and do occasionally occur. We cannot guarantee your Internet service.
A starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, bath soap, dishwashing liquid, trash bags, dishwasher tablets, laundry soap, coffee, coffee filters, and salt & pepper will be provided for your stay. All cabins have fully equipped kitchens, washers/dryers, towels, and linens.
We drain and sanitize our hot tubs after every check-out.
Fireplaces are seasonal from mid-October to early May. (Dates may change if the weather changes early.)
You will be required to agree to all house rules.
 

Pet Policy:  This cabin is dog friendly, upon agreeing to the following policies: The cabin allows up to two dogs, which must be pre-registerd.  A $150 pet fee will be applied.  Pets must be house-broken, may not be on furniture or bedding, and guests must properly dispose of pet waste.  No other type of pet is allowed.

Please note that this is a forested area and there are times when the Oklahoma Forestry Service enforces a burning ban in the area. Fines can be upwards of $1000. Please check online for the current burn ban status before using the outdoor firepit.
